PRACTICAL NOTES

A clearer brief.
A better beginning.

Use these notes to prepare a useful conversation. They are general planning guidance, not a substitute for product-specific or qualified professional advice.

NOTE / 01

A useful product specification

Identify the product and the exact technical or handling details your business needs.

  • Species or product type
  • Grade, size or condition
  • Required documents
NOTE / 02

The destination belongs in the brief

Import and logistics requirements depend on the product and destination.

  • Destination and receiving point
  • Handling and storage needs
  • Importer responsibilities to discuss
NOTE / 03

Before a commercial commitment

An initial inquiry helps identify what still needs to be agreed.

  • Confirmed availability
  • Written specification and pricing
  • Agreed logistics and payment terms
Can you supply the United States?

U.S. import eligibility, documentation, availability and logistics are reviewed for each product before a quotation. A website inquiry does not confirm supply.

Does a form submission confirm a purchase?

No. It starts a conversation. A quotation, scope and any payment or delivery terms must be agreed before a purchase or project is confirmed.

Will I receive promotional email?

The inquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. We use your details to respond to the request and communicate about services you asked for.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Your business, the product or project you are considering, the intended destination or audience, timing and any important constraints. Please leave payment details and confidential files out of the form.
